As we continue to celebrate National Historic Preservation Month, I am reminded of four beautiful distinctively historic neighborhoods in our city.

The visual charm of these communities and their ability to bring people together because of a shared pride of ownership and history makes living in these neighborhoods special.
With nearly 100 neighborhoods, the St. Petersburg’s real estate market offers an option to fit every lifestyle.
RE/MAX realtor Estelia Mesimer, with over 22 years of experience in the industry, is a neighborhood expert. She has seen trends come and go, neighborhoods change, and the value of properties increase and decrease. Here are 4 of her favorite historic neighborhoods.
