Real Estate Tips and Trends – Considerations When Purchasing a Home

October 2, 2015 by Sharon Fennell Kennedy | St. Petersburg, FL: Pinellas County 8 Comments

Cash BuyersIf it has been a while since you purchased a home, it may be a good idea to familiarize yourself on the trends of today’s real estate market before looking for that perfect property. The Mesimer’s Team goal is to make the process of buying a new home go as smoothly as possible for our clients. With this in mind, here are five things that every home buyer should know before looking at properties:

  • Consider the future resale value of the property: Location is one of the biggest influences in a property’s market value. Is the property located in a transitional and up-and-coming area? Does it have a marketable waterfront? Take the time to learn about school district, possible zoning changes, etc.
  • Create a checklist of all of the requirements that your new home will need to meet: Creating a list of home essentials will help hold you accountable to getting what you really need, as opposed to things you just want.
  • Understand the homeowners’ association contract: If your home is tied to a homeowner’s association, make yourself aware of any restrictions that may impact the enjoyment of your home. Learn about the community, neighbors and any rules and regulations.
  • Buy for the view: Place priority on the view, not necessarily the house. Make yourself aware of any future development projects that may take away your incredible view.
  • Look beyond the staging: Many homes are staged for home tours/open houses. Focus your attention on the actual layout and structure of the house. Remind yourself that you’re not necessarily buying the furniture, you’re buying the house.

Hahahahaha! That’s seriously funny.I can kinda see the whole atohner cultural thing from America thing. I mean, I don’t want communism (or Marxism, or socialism here in America, I can see you not wanting thew whole zombie thing either. fair is fair!).But, you’re actually saying, that if you’re a kid, involved in the the zombie thing, you can’t ALSO be involved in politics??I got news for you my little komrade!! Once you get the vote over there, these little zombies will be VOTING!!! So ya better be nice to them! (oh, here’s a hint too, something I learned from your import of socialism/marxism here). Just promise them more and more of other people’s stuff, for free if they elect you (or your preferred party).Like lots of vacation time for little work. Guaranteed high wages for little work. Fully funded retirement, paid for by other people. Free health care (also paid for by other people, that means the rich ). Lets see . Oh yeah, um, paid a living wage for doing NOTHING!! Welfare it’s called. They don’t have to work, yet you pay them anyway! Throw in some other dumb stuff sure to eventually bring you down (but you don’t care, because you get your power NOW! Let somebody else clean up the mess later) like the right to organize the work place also called unions but more like the employees holding the company and the owner hostage until eventually the company can’t afford any more and they go out of business. Personally, I can’t see why they would want that, but they seem to love it. It goes back to letting others clean up the mess I guess, they get theirs now.Hahahahaha! You crack me up with that whole communist thing of yours.I will agree with you on georgie soro’s. That old fat man needs to have an accident before he destroys the world.

Its the same like Starbucks does not qualify as a proper coffee shop & Mcdonalds not a real burger joint . Shh…its my secret vice, like how I love processed meat i.e. SPAM….Its a nostalgia thing, I spent many a poor long night there dunking coffee Unfortunately I was in NYC proper for only 2 whole days…in which one of my meals I ate at Red Lobster *ducks to avoid Skipps’ slap*

Do you teach your sons to be stay-at-home dads, too? Because they have an equal chance of staying home to raise kids in the future. When you teach your daughters not to have any economic power, they will be fully dependent on a man (or the government) for support. This leads to women being in abusive relationships. Raise your daughter to have the skills and CONFIDENCE to work in the workplace or to earn a living wage in something. Then, if they choose to be economically dependent on someone else, they aren't necessarily stuck there if things get bad.

I'd like to hear about some of your dev admin tasks like: do you use SCRUM, how do you manage versions and deployments, manage coding standards, how do you use source control, automated testing, continuous integration, … you get the idea. The stuff you do to keep development predictable and running smoothly. Thanks for sharing.

Democracy is about collective responsibility. They too will have to face the same thing. I can ask a similar question. What about people who voted for a corrupt politician in a constituency where majority of the people voted correctly for a good politician? They are not going to get punished, right?
